Naji Marshall recently revealed his dream all-time starting five lineup, and Dallas Mavericks fans will be very happy with what he said.
Speaking with Noah Weber and the press, Marshall listed his five picks, and they are all Mavs royalty.
“[Jason Kidd], Kyrie [Irving], Michael Finley, Dirk [Nowitzki], Tyson Chandler,” Marshall said.

All five of these players have earned this place in Mavericks history, which is a place Marshall would like to be, too.
He happens to work with two of the men on his list: head coach Jason Kidd and his team leader, Kyrie Irving.
Of course, there have been a lot of questions about both of them.
There were rumors that the New York Knicks were trying to land Kidd as their head coach, and Irving will be out of next season because of his injury.
Still, Marshall is incredibly fond of both.
Last season was Marshall’s first season with the Mavericks, and he averaged 13.2 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 3.0 assists during that time, shooting 50.8 percent from the field.
Before that, he spent four seasons with the New Orleans Pelicans.
Because of injuries and roster changes, Marshall may be called upon even more in 2025-26.
The team has been filled with promising young players who have proven themselves over the last few years, such as Dereck Lively II.
Will the new season be Marshall’s chance to leave his mark even more?
His all-time starting five might be unorthodox to most NBA fans, but Marshall is happy with his choices and proud to represent his team.
