Mookie Betts has had the pleasure of playing in two of the most heated rivalries in Major League Baseball.
The Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder is currently experiencing a rivalry that has gained some traction in recent years.
The Dodgers and San Diego Padres have recently become fierce foes and have found themselves battling it out for supremacy in the National League West division.
However, he began his career with the Boston Red Sox.
While in Boston, he got a chance to experience the rivalry between the Red Sox and the New York Yankees.
On Sunday night, Betts was being interviewed and was asked a difficult question, that being which rivalry is better between the two.

Betts ultimately had a tough time answering the question and didn’t say which rivalry was better.
However, he did say that the rivalry between the Red Sox and Yankees was far more hostile than that of the Padres and Dodgers.
Announcer Karl Ravech chimed in and stated that the Dodgers and Padres rivalry has certainly come a long way and asked for Betts’ opinion on the matter.
The two-time World Series champion agreed.
Boston and New York’s rivalry is obviously more historic than the rivalry between Los Angeles and San Diego.
That rivalry dates all the way back to the days of Babe Ruth, who began his career as a member of the Red Sox, but ultimately was sold off to the Yankees.
But the Dodgers and Padres rivalry has obviously grown and is becoming an interesting one to watch.
