On Sunday night, the Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres engaged in a tight battle of National League West division foes.
San Diego won the first game of the series, but fell short in the second game.
The two teams battled it out on Sunday to determine the winner of the series.
Ultimately, it was the Dodgers who came out on top on Sunday night.
Down to their final out in the ninth inning, Mookie Betts took Josh Hader deep to tie the game at two runs apiece.
However, the Dodgers weren’t done there, as rookie Michael Busch drove in the go-ahead run and set up James Outman’s towering two-run homer.
After the game, the Dodgers tweeted a series of puns to throw a little shade at the Padres.

For context, after the Padres won the opener, a picture of Clayton Kershaw photoshopped with tears was flashed on the jumbotron.
In the end, the Dodgers got the last laugh.
Evan Phillips closed the door on the Padres in the bottom of the 10th and secured a series win for the Dodgers, prompting their postgame tweet.
The Dodgers beat the Padres to the top of the NL West last year by 22 games.
But after their 111-win campaign, the Dodgers were upset by the Padres in the NLDS.
Still, the rivalry between these two teams is clearly heated, and it was the Dodgers who ultimately had the final say on Sunday.
Los Angeles improved to 21-14 on the season and increased their lead over the Padres to three games.
