The 2023 MLB season is going to different from years past in more ways than one.
First of all, two icons in Albert Pujols and Yadier Molina will not be present.
Second, there are new rules in place.
The shift has been banned and a pitch clock has been enforced, as well as larger bases.
Furthermore, we may see some owners sell their teams very soon.
Los Angeles Angels owner Arte Moreno is in the process of selling his team, but according to an MLB analyst, there could be more owners who follow suit, which will make for some interesting storylines during the season.
Hearing we might get not one, but two MLB team sales in early part of '23, plus a stadium announcement.

Another possibility is a stadium announcement.
That could come on behalf of the Oakland Athletics, who have been rumored to be potentially relocating to Las Vegas in the near future.
The A’s have been unable to fill the Oakland Coliseum for several years and could look to relocate to a bigger market.
The Kansas City Royals are another team that is in the process of executing plans for a new stadium.
Regardless, it looks as if we are going to see some interesting storylines circulating throughout the 2023 season as it pertains to owners selling their teams and plans for new stadiums.
We do not know for certain what additional teams may be following the Angels in terms of selling, but the A’s could be a possibility in that regard.
Either way, things may be quite a bit different in 2023.
Big changes could potentially be coming.
