The 2022 MLB campaign left us with more than our fair share of good memories and iconic moments.
For as good as it was, it’s now time to think about what’s looming ahead: the 2023 season.
FOX Sports MLB is giving us a schedule of some of the key dates of the upcoming season.

Not included in the graphic is one of the most anticipated moments of the year for baseball fans: MLB teams opening training camps in February, paving the way for spring training.
In March, from the 8th until the 21st, the World Baseball Classic will get the spotlight.
Some of the most talented baseball countries in the world will vie for the WBC, including United States, the Dominican Republic, Japan, Venezuela, Mexico, Puerto Rico, South Korea, and others.
Opening Day is scheduled for March 30.
Not too long after that, on April 15, MLB will honor Jackie Robinson as it does every year.
There will be a couple of international series to be played this year, in Mexico and London.
The All-Star Game will be on July 11.
The regular season will end on October 1.
There likely won’t be as many doubleheaders this year, and rest days will be more common for every team: as a reminder, the 2022 calendar was somewhat tight because of the late start of the year after the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) negotiations and the lockout.
Who will win the WBC?
Who will be the last team standing in the World Series?
How about individual awards?
We can’t wait to find out.
