The Chicago Bears entered this season with lots of hope and expectation.
After all, they drafted Caleb Williams with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 draft, a player considered ‘generational’ by many scouts and pundits.
Williams has, at times, shown why he was the No. 1 pick, but at other times, he’s struggled to elevate the Bears’ offense.
The team started strong, but have lost three straight, which includes their Week 10 blowout loss to the New England Patriots.
With this in mind, many analysts have started to talk poorly about the Bears, not only for their performance this season but also for their future outlook.
Mike Greenberg was one of the analysts to break down the Bears, and he did not mince his words on ESPN Radio.
“The Bears are a failure, they’re an organizational failure,” Greenberg said.

Greenberg believes that Williams could have all the talent in the world, but he’s being held down by the current state of the team.
In many people’s eyes, the Bears are doing Williams a disservice by not surrounding him with the best talent possible.
The Bears have been a bottom-feeder in the NFC North for many years.
They’ve had their moments, but for the most part, this team has struggled to make an impact.
Wiliams was supposed to help them change their ways, but even he can’t help some of the team’s deep-rooted issues.
Whatever change the Bears need to make, they better do it soon before they are eliminated from playoff contention.
