The Chicago Bears’ season has been a tale of two halves.
They looked strong during the first few weeks of the season, and it seemed like Caleb Williams was going to pan out for them.
Fast forward to the past few weeks, and the Bears have looked like a shell of themselves from how they started the year.
They’ve lost their last three games, including a shocking loss to the New England Patriots in blowout fashion.
With the current state of the team in mind, many fans and analysts have indicated that the Bears could stand to change a few things about how they’re running this team.
Some have indicated that the Bears should move on from some of their staff, which head coach Matt Eberflus hasn’t ruled out.
In fact, according to Ian Rapaport via “NFL GameDay Kickoff,” everything is on the table for this team.
When rattling off potential options for the Bears moving forward, Rapoport indicated that the Bears could “make a move at play-caller,” perhaps changing their fortunes on offense.

Williams has looked good for a rookie at times, but the offensive line and the schemes haven’t necessarily been what the fans were expecting.
It will be interesting to see what decisions they make over the next few weeks, and if the Bears will find a way to get back in the hunt for a coveted playoff spot.
The NFC North isn’t getting any easier, so the Bears might have to get creative to make this work.
