It has been decades since the Las Vegas Raiders were last considered a contending NFL team.
Mark Davis hasn’t always led the team in the right direction.
While their move to Las Vegas was good for business purposes, the front office has seemingly left the sports part of their operation behind.
That’s why it hasn’t been surprising to see this franchise struggle to get back on track.
Every single time it seems like they’re about to take a leap forward, they take a couple of steps backward.
That has been quite frustrating for Maxx Crosby.
In a recent interview with SiriusXM NFL Radio, the superstar defensive end admitted that he felt like he was “losing his mind” at times this season.
“I care about winning more than anything on the planet. So yeah, there were points in the season where I feel like I was losing my mind.”

Crosby is one of the best defensive players in the game, and as such, the fans feel he deserves better.
There were some rumblings about the team considering trading him midway through the season.
Then, Davis claimed they did not intend to do so, not even in the offseason.
Notably, Crosby has never hinted at a desire to leave, although he’s never shied away from controversy or hidden his true feelings about all the losses and miscues.
Truthfully, trading him might be the fastest way to get this team on track, as they could receive a massive trade value in return.
Then again, this team doesn’t have that much going on for them right now, and losing their best player won’t be good for business, which is, ultimately, their No. 1 priority.
