The Las Vegas Raiders have an interesting offseason ahead of them.
With a disappointing record of 2-10, Antonio Pierce and Co. will look to address plenty of needs in the draft and free agency.
Insider Jason Fitz believes the Raiders are targeting Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders to fill their quarterback position.
“Frankly the people I’ve talked to that know the Raiders well continually say that Mark Davis wants Shedeur Sanders. That’s real. Mark Davis is going to make Shedeur Sanders his quarterback,” Fitz said Wednesday on Gojo and Golic.

If the team were to add a star like Shedeur Sanders, that move could help turn the tide of the franchise.
Since the end of the Derek Carr days, the team has been looking for consistency under center.
They have not found it with either Gardner Minshew or Aidan O’Connell.
Sanders has completed 74.2% of his passes this season at Colorado for 3,926 yards and 35 touchdowns.
He is arguably the most talented quarterback at the college level right now and, in the right situation, could have a bright future in the NFL.
Now, the Raiders will need to upgrade the positions around the quarterback, too, considering they have lost both All-Pro wide receiver Davante Adams and All-Pro running back Josh Jacobs in the last calendar year.
But with the quarterback position seemingly being the most important in all of sports, the Raiders need to nail that position down this offseason, and that starts with drafting a player like Shedeur Sanders.
