The Philadelphia Eagles finally suffered their first loss of the 2023 NFL season as they were surprisingly upset by the New York Jets.
The Eagles were unable to do much against a Jets defense that has been one of the best units in the league so far.
At 5-1, Philadelphia remains tied for first overall in the NFC though the team is staring down one of their toughest games to date as they take on the Miami Dolphins in Week 7.
Unlike the Eagles, the Dolphins’ offense is firing at all cylinders and could very well beat the former as they’ve got explosive weapons in Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle, and Raheem Mostert.
Philadelphia’s got a stout defense themselves, but slowing down Miami is a tall order.
The game could be decided by the quarterbacks and LeSean McCoy favors Jalen Hurts over Tua Tagovailoa via Speak.
.@CutOnDime25 breaks down why he would rather have Jalen Hurts on Sunday over Tua.
"They're in the same draft class. One guy has been to the Super Bowl, one guy wins more… Why wouldn't I want to be Jalen Hurts?" pic.twitter.com/6VLjDqDAjM

McCoy goes through Hurts’ resume and believes that Hurts will have more to prove on Sunday against Tagovailoa who was the more highly-touted prospect coming out of their draft class.
Hurts has a resiliency and poise to him that makes him such a great leader and quarterback, but even he’ll have his hands full trying to keep up with Miami.
Fans are in for a treat on Sunday Night Football when these two teams clash as both of them have strong cases to represent their respective conferences come Super Bowl time.
