Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray made much noise when he erased most of the photos on his Instagram account.
Aside from removing all references regarding the Cardinals from the account, he left all but two pictures.
The first picture was taken during his time at Oklahoma while the other was a picture of him with CeeDee Lamb at the Pro Bowl.
But a quick glance at Murray’s account now shows that he reverted his other posts, as shared by Pro Football Focus writer Ari Meirov.

Meirov’s screenshot still shows Murray’s picture with Lamb.
However, it’s already sandwiched between a picture showing the golf bags he gave to his offensive linemen and a picture of him on the sidelines wearing the Cardinals uniform.
Could this be a change of heart from the play-caller to recommit himself to the team?
If that’s the case, will he still chase that massive contract extension even if he has one year left on his contract?
A Good Sign Between Two Parties
It’s a positive sign seeing Murray acknowledge that he’s the quarterback for the Cardinals.
However, there’s no word yet regarding the contract extension he essentially demanded when he released a hard-to-read statement through his agent Erik Burkhardt.
Even if he is set to earn $5.5 million in the fourth year of his rookie deal, he wanted to have his extension after his third year, just like what Patrick Mahomes, Deshaun Watson, and Josh Allen got.
Perhaps reverting his Instagram account is an indication that he is softening his stance in pushing for an early extension.
Regardless of what happens, this gesture by Murray is a positive sign for the Cardinals.
