The new NBA season is only four games deep for the Washington Wizards so far but one of their star players, Kyle Kuzma, is showing that he’s very serious.
The forward has averaged 21.0 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 2 assists a game, which is great when compared to his career average of 15.7 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 2.2 assists a game.
Is Kuzma about to have his best season yet?

He just might be, especially if he keeps making plays like he did the other night against the Detroit Pistons.
Kuzma not only created a monster dunk on the Pistons but he also put up 25 points and 6 rebounds.
His field goal percentage, which has been inconsistent all his career, was 52.9% (yes, he did go 0-of-5 from the three-point line) and he made all but one of his free throws.
Are the Wizards finally getting the type of player they wanted with Kuzma?
Kuzma’s Comeback Year
When Kuzma was traded from the Los Angeles Lakers a couple of seasons ago, there were many LA fans who said goodbye and good riddance.
Kuzma was never bad when he played for the Lakers but he certainly did become hot-and-cold and that didn’t sit well with many fans.
Followers of the Lakers were beyond upset when their team got pushed out of the playoffs in the first round of the playoffs by the Phoenix Suns with Kuzma on the roster.
Oh, if they only knew how much worse things would get without Kuzma.
Maybe Kuzma needed a change of scenery and a smaller team to really feel comfortable.
It’s taken him some time and his inconsistency has remained an issue but Kuzma is off to a great start in 2022-23.
