More often than not, people struggle to be sympathetic or emphatic with NBA players or professional athletes.
Just because they make loads and loads of money doesn’t mean they’re not also human beings with dreams, fears, hopes, aspirations, and hobbies.
That’s why not many people will actually feel sad for Josh Hart when he says he cannot golf.
Talking to Jalen Brunson on their “Roommates Show,” Hart revealed that he hasn’t been able to golf since losing in the playoffs.
He claimed that he was looking forward to treating himself and going golfing a couple of times a week once the season was over, but with the injury he suffered, that just hasn’t been the case thus far.

He revealed that as much as he wanted to get to the NBA Finals and all, he knew he was going to get out of the NBA world and just have a good and relaxing time golfing once the season was over, and now that he can’t do it, he feels like he’s being kicked while he’s down.
The Knicks need to take great care of their bodies and put in a lot of work in their conditioning, as coach Tom Thibodeau has a tendency to run his players into the ground.
And with Hart’s unmatched energy on both ends of the glass, particularly for offensive rebounds, the Knicks simply cannot afford to have him putting his body in harm’s way in any shape of form until the start of the upcoming campaign.
