The Golden State Warriors are currently walking all over the Denver Nuggets on their way to a possible sweep of the first round of the playoffs.
While the Nuggets have probable MVP Nikola Jokic on their side, they still don’t have an answer for the Warriors, who are now up 3-0 in the series.
A major part of Golden State’s success has been Jordan Poole, the third-year shooting guard who is doing phenomenal work for his squad.

On Thursday night, Poole put up 27 points while shooting 9-of-13 and 3-of-5 from the beyond the three-point arc.
In the first three games of the postseason, Poole has scored 25+ points.
The Warriors officially have a new superstar.
Death Lineup
Poole has been doing so well lately that NBA fans and the media have been trying to give a name to the lineup featuring him.
For a while, the combination of Poole, Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green was referred to as the “death lineup” but people were understandably a little uncomfortable with that one.
PTSD (“Poole, Thompson, Steph, Draymond”) was the next moniker for the players but, again, some people thought it was a little insensitive.
TNT was in love with calling this lineup “3G” because it features three guards but many people noted that 3G technology is outdated so that hasn’t caught on either.
No definitive name has been chosen for the team featuring Poole.
But everyone needs to agree on something because the young player isn’t going away.
He playing out of his mind and is dominating when it matters most.
Because of the season he’s had – especially in the playoffs – Poole is now one of the biggest names on the Warriors.
Expect to see much more of him.
