In his first year back in the NFL, Jim Harbaugh has showed up and showed out with the Los Angeles Chargers.
At 8-4, the Bolts are in a firm playoff position and look like a sleeper in the AFC.
One of the many reasons Harbaugh has been able to turn the ship around in Hollywood is that he knows how to connect with his players.
One recent example was when Harbaugh gifted each player on the team with a custom lunchbox with their names and motivational words on it.
According to a video from ESPN Chargers insider Kris Rhim, the words on the box say: “Relentless. Courageous. Never Careless.”
Powerful: #Chargers HC Jim Harbaugh gave every player a custom lunchbox with their names and motivational words:
“Relentless. Courageous. Never Careless.”

This is not surprising coming from Harbaugh, who has a knack for doing these kinds of things.
He plays catch with starting quarterback Justin Herbert before every game and occasionally has a great sound bite or two for the media.
The Michigan man is one of a kind, which is part of the reason he was a champion college head coach.
Los Angeles could be one season too early regarding their Super Bowl aspirations, but they don’t seem to care that much.
On both sides of the ball, they play with an attacking and aggressive style that can intimidate their opponents each week.
Next up on the schedule for Harbaugh and Co. are the arch-rival Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday Night Football.
