The New York Jets have given fans a lot to talk about throughout the offseason.
Everybody was discussing their trade for Aaron Rodgers even before it happened, and they’re now considered one of the teams to beat out of the AFC.
However, nothing good comes without its fair share of drama, so now that they’ve secured their future Hall-of-Famer at quarterback, they now have to sort things out with star DT Quinnen Williams.
Williams recently scrubbed the Jets from his social media profiles amid his contract negotiations, raising some concerns among the fanbase.

HC Robert Saleh, however, isn’t worried at all right now, and recently affirmed that the contract will get done and he’ll be a part of the team next season, per Ari Meirov.
Notably, the Jets have always been vocal about their desire to keep Williams on the team for years to come.
They have high regard for the former first-round pick, and know he’s going to demand a steep salary as one of the league’s finest defensive tackles.
The Jets won’t hesitate to pay up and make their elite defender one of the highest-paid players at his position, and they know they cannot afford to enter next season without him.
They have one of the best defenses in the league, and Williams is one of the main reasons why.
