The Thursday Night Football game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Denver Broncos turned into a blowout.
The Broncos were unable to gain any traction on the offensive side of the ball, which was their ultimate downfall in this matchup.
While the on-field action might have been less than exciting for fans, another pre-game development caught their attention.
Steve Smith Sr. made several disparaging comments about Broncos receiver Jerry Jeudy, including some to his face.
This made its rounds on social media, and as a result, Jeudy was asked about this situation after the game.
According to a video shared by Ari Meirov, Jeudy first ignored these questions, then responded, “I don’t remember that.”
#Broncos WR Jerry Jeudy dodged the first question about Steve Smith Sr. and later responded with, "I don't remember that" when asked about it again.

This situation was not ideal for either party involved.
Jeudy has received criticism for the way he handled this interview, and Smith has gotten negative responses for saying this in the first place.
One of the biggest reasons for Smith’s comments was due to how he views Jeudy’s on-field play.
He believes that, even if a team wanted to trade for Jeudy, he would not recommend that, even discouraging this from happening.
The 2023 season is Jeudy’s fourth in the NFL.
He was a highly-touted rookie in 2020, selected with the No. 15 overall pick in that draft.
While he might not have lived up to the high expectations Broncos fans placed upon him, Jeudy was a target monster for the team in 2022.
He received 100 targets in Russell Wilson’s first season with the team, a sign that he is good enough to earn Wilson’s trust.
How will this solution resolve, seeing how both sides are taking significant criticism?
