The New York Knicks are still definitely on the ropes as they are behind the Miami Heat, 3-2, in the Eastern Conference semifinals.
After their last game, dreams of a comeback are floating through the fanbase.
They might not be able to pull it out and beat the surging Heat but that doesn’t mean they don’t have several strong players.
In fact, Jalen Brunson is having a downright historic run during his first playoffs with the Knicks.
According to theScore Bet, Brunson has scored 265 points during his first 10 playoff games with the Knicks.
Only two other players in Knicks history, Bernard King and Carmelo Anthony, had more points in their first 10 playoff games.

Brunson’s showing in Game 5 was just the latest great game from the young star.
He scored 38 points, 8 rebounds, and 7 assists.
Because of this, the Knicks were able to secure a needed 112-103 victory,
All season long, Brunson has been a huge breath of fresh air for the Knicks.
He has averaged 24 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 6.2 assists during the regular season, shooting 49.1% from the floor and 41.6% from beyond the three-point line.
Brunson has easily been the best part of the roster throughout the year.
However, even with that greatness, the Knicks have been struggling lately.
The Heat are again reminding fans why they are such a storied franchise and have already earned three wins against New York.
Brunson has been trying his best but he has looked like a man on his own at times.
If the Knicks want to ensure years of a strong postseason presence, they will need to strengthen their roster around him.
