Ja Morant is just days away from joining his Memphis Grizzlies after months off the court.
Morant is nearing the end of a 25-game suspension that was handed down by the league after he repeatedly flaunted a gun on social media live streams.
Morant is ready to be back with his team and is owning up to everything he has done, including certain choices the public isn’t even aware of.
According to Marc Spears, via Legion Hoops, Morant held a press conference where he spoke about all he has done.
“I’ve made a lot of my mistakes. Even with my family. Not some that has even been public. Even with my family. I’ve done a lot,” Morant said.

It sounds like there is a lot more that NBA fans don’t know about and likely never will.
It also sounds like Morant really was dealing with a lot of issues when he made the off-court choices that led to his suspension.
Morant has reportedly received a lot of help since the league ruled him out for 25 games.
He agreed to undisclosed milestones that he’d have to meet in order to be reinstated in the league and has apparently met all of them.
Even though he hasn’t been allowed to play, Morant has been practicing with the Grizzlies in preparation for his return to the game.
Morant will be coming back to a team that has desperately missed him.
They are currently the 13th team in the West with a 6-17 record.
Their chances of making the playoffs are slim but there is a possibility that Morant can give them the sort of boost and direction they need.
