The Denver Broncos continue to make moves, but the fans aren’t exactly thrilled.
They didn’t have the most talented roster in the league already, and they continue to move on from their best players to shave some money off the cap.
They’ve already announced they will release Russell Wilson, they released safety Justin Simmons, and they have now agreed to trade WR Jerry Jeudy to the Cleveland Browns.
Nonetheless, that’s not going to be enough.
According to NFL insider Benjamin Allbright, the Broncos are likely to make more moves, as he shared a screenshot of a text he sent someone.
I'll pull the red off this from last week as they happen pic.twitter.com/BkQ9QyPG4E

He crossed some of the names out, but he stated that the Broncos will most likely restructure another player’s contract, all while they might part ways with others.
The Broncos will eat $85 million in dead money from the Russell Wilson move, the largest in NFL history.
That forces their hand to move on from several guys.
Notably, that also gives them a chance to give Sean Payton a clean slate ahead of his second year in charge of the team.
Then again, their chances to compete in the AFC West Division are getting slimmer by the day, as the Kansas City Chiefs are the reigning Super Bowl champions, and the Los Angeles Chargers and Las Vegas Raiders could get much better next season.
