The Kansas City Chiefs have not become the most successful NFL team in recent years by accident.
From their front office, to the coaching staff, to the players, everyone seemingly has the same goals in mind.
But, for any team to be successful there has to be respect for the game and each other in the locker room.
Also, it is crucial that the players respect their coaches, and trust them to be put in the best position to win.
There seems to be no greater relationship in the Chiefs’ locker room than that of Frank Clark and Andy Reid.
Clark shared a story about him and Reid that shows their relationship outside of football.
Frank Clark said Andy Reid is a real father figure to him since he lost his own father in a house fire a few years ago.
Said he spends a lot of time with Andy and their conversations have brought them real close.#Chiefs

Reid has been in the NFL for a long time, and he is one of the most respected coaches.
It is not a surprise to see him take a few players under his wing when they are going through a tough time.
Reid suffered a personal loss of his own in 2012 when his son passed away.
So being able to help Clark through his tragedy is something Reid is capable of.
Clark has been with the Chiefs for four years, and he remains one of their impactful edge rushers.
He will once again be relied on to provide pressure in the Super Bowl.
This game might come down to which defense can create more havoc.
Philadelphia is a run-first team, that rarely turns the ball over.
If the Chiefs plan on slowing them down it will be on Clark and the defense to generate a turnover or two.
It will be interesting to see how the relationship between Reid and his players will impact their performance in the big game.
