Arizona Cardinals quarterback, Kyler Murray, is taking some heat from former NFL running back, LeSean McCoy.
On a recent podcast called “I am athlete,” McCoy didn’t hold back.
The former Eagle called Murray, “Trash” and said he plays like a “high-school player.”

This is a take that has been taking over social media.
This is not a surprise because whenever a current NFL player gets called out people will notice.
Murray took a lot of heat after signing the new mega-contract that required him to spend hours studying film.
McCoy also mentioned how Murray does not know how to read a defense.
Saying, “When a quarterback is running around like that all game. That is because he is reading no coverages.”
Murray has been known as one of the best dual-threat QBs in the NFL, so for him not to use his legs would be foolish.

The massive contract signed by the former first-overall pick was scrutinized by plenty of people mostly because Murray has yet to accomplish anything substantial in the league.
In four seasons, Murray has a record of 23-25-1 and has never won a playoff game.
The only playoff game he was in made him look overwhelmed.
This is not the first time, Murray’s commitment has been questioned.
He gets criticized often for streaming video games more than studying film.
That seems unfair because there are plenty of NFL players that play video games in their free time.
But, Murray is a quarterback, and QBs have always gotten more criticism than any other position.
If he was consistently winning games and playing well in the playoffs then no one would say anything.
But, since that is not the case Murray will continue to be scrutinized.
Murray Must Produce
The best way to get rid of all the trash talk is to win games.
In Week 4, Murray and the Cardinals visit the Carolina Panthers in an NFC battle.
This is a game that Arizona needs to win.
Matt Rhule on Kyler Murray: "I saw him do things in college football that made me want to walk off the field."

The Panthers have been a mess all season and it appears that their head coach, Matt Rhule, is on his way out.
Murray should be able to use both his arm and legs to exploit this Carolina defense.
This Cardinals offense has not been explosive as years past and that may be because Deandre Hopkins is suspended.
Murray ranks 32nd in the NFL in yards per attempt with 5.6.
Also, he has struggled under pressure this season.
Ranking 29th in pressure completion percentage with 29.2%.
Everything Murray does after signing that massive contract will be inspected.
People want to see him act like an NFL QB and do the things that all the other top quarterbacks do.
He is getting the third most money per year for a QB, and the production must follow.
The former Oklahoma Sooner has never thrown for 30 touchdown passes and has had at least 10 interceptions every year.
Playing in the tough NFC West, look for Murray to try and lead the Cardinals back to the postseason.
He has the talent to be one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL, but will he do what is necessary to be amongst the league’s elite?
That is something to watch for throughout the rest of this season and Murray’s career.
