One of the biggest potential free agent names this offseason in the NFL could very well be Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins.
The former first-round pick has been a key piece of the puzzle for the Bengals for the last five years and is looking for a big payday after being franchise-tagged by Cincinnati before last season.
Former NFL general manager and current North Carolina Tar Heels general manager Michael Lombardi believes Higgins could fit in really well out in the Bay Area.
“I think he is certainly a dynamic player…You put Tee Higgins on a team like the 49ers, my lord,” Lombardi said Thursday on “The Pat McAfee Show.”

Lombardi also noted how Higgins being in San Francisco could open the doors for players like Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk to make plays.
Higgins, a two-time 1,000-yard receiver, has been targeted over 100 times in four of his five NFL seasons and has eclipsed 900+ receiving yards four times in five years too.
He is a very talented pass-catcher who would likely be a No. 1 receiver on most teams.
Teams like the Green Bay Packers, Dallas Cowboys, Pittsburgh Steelers, Los Angeles Chargers, and Denver Broncos might be interested in acquiring Higgins in free agency as well.
It will all come down to price and location for Higgins unless he decides that he wants to stay with the Bengals in the long run.
All eyes will be on the former Clemson star to see where he ends up in a couple of months.
