During last year’s playoffs, Jordan Poole of the Golden State Warriors averaged 17 points a game.
This year, he averaged just 10.3 points in the postseason.
Those weren’t the end of Poole’s problems and it has some people, including former players, thinking that his time with the Warriors may be coming to an end.
“I wouldn’t be surprised if [the Warriors] could possibly be shopping [Jordan Poole]. Which is crazy to think because two years ago you were thinking, ‘Hey this is the guy we’re gonna hand the torch to,'” Matt Barnes said on FanDuel TV.

Barnes spoke of a conversation he had with Draymond Green, who claimed he had “lost his voice” with the team for much of the season.
Perhaps that’s one of the reasons why the Warriors didn’t have a season they were happy with.
Many people noted that Poole didn’t seem to get along with Green and others, including even Stephen Curry.
Barnes touched upon that too, saying the body language from Poole suggests that something wasn’t sitting right between him and the rest of the squad.
Poole recently sign a hefty extension with the Warriors.
He really was seen as the future of the team.
And he still may be; he could rebound from this troubled postseason.
Poole can reclaim his position within the roster and the franchise’s plans.
At the same time, the Warriors might want to trade him away while his market value is still high.
They may be aware of something we aren’t and might know that the team’s chemistry with Poole can’t be fixed.
That means the Poole party might be over in the Bay Area.
