While this tweet may be cryptic, internet sleuths of the world worked together to find out some semblance of meaning.
Several fans suggested this is a sign that the Ravens are going to sign wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins, who has been a highly coveted trade target.

Hopkins would be a welcomed addition to the Ravens receiving corps, given their current cast of characters.
After Marquise Brown left for the Arizona Cardinals, Jackson’s weapons have been limited in that department.
The Ravens did sign veteran receiver Odell Beckham Jr. in the offseason and could be pursuing Hopkins to appease Jackson.
