The Los Angeles Clippers were touted to be one of the best teams in the Western Conference before the start of the 2023-24 NBA season.
However, upon going through a rough patch to begin the season, many quickly wrote off the franchise.
Well, over the last 10 games, Kawhi Leonard has stepped up for his team and helped them win a plethora of games.
In fact, as per Joey Linn on Twitter, the Clippers are 8-2 over the last 10 games, and Leonard’s numbers are a crucial reason behind this newfound form and NBA fans shared some positive reactions.
Kawhi Leonard was asked if this is the best stretch of his career.
Kawhi: “If you wanna put it in numbers wise. But I’m focused on something bigger than this stretch.” pic.twitter.com/AkFGTeGjWH

57% from three damn Kawhi is on fire

Kawhi Leonard is averaging 29.4 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 3.7 assists per game for the Clippers over the last 10 games.
On top of that, Leonard is shooting a phenomenal 59.1% from the field, 57.4% from the three-point line, and 91.2% from the free-throw line.
Considering Leonard is expected to be the team’s leader, the two-time NBA champion has certainly raised the roof with his performances over the last 10 games.
For the season, Leonard is putting up 24.0 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 3.6 assists per game for the organization.
After taking a look at Leonard’s numbers, it’s truly surprising that the 5x NBA All-Star is currently not even part of the conversation to win the regular season MVP.
At the end of the day, Leonard wouldn’t mind being left out of the MVP conversation if he can help the Los Angeles Clippers in winning the NBA Championship this season.
Can Leonard turn this dream into a reality? Only time will tell.
