The Las Vegas Raiders were 2-2 at one point in the season.
They even beat the Baltimore Ravens at one point.
They’ve now dropped ten consecutive games.
They were close to snapping their losing streak with a late comeback vs. the Atlanta Falcons.
Then, in less than two minutes, they drew three penalties and failed to reach the endzone.
That sequence alone spoke volumes about Antonio Pierce’s management this season.
That’s why it wasn’t much of a surprise to see multiple fans poking fun at them and calling them out after yet another disappointing loss (via Yahoo Sports).

Given their current position, they have no business even trying to win another game this season.
If anything, they must hope the New York Giants win another game to get Shedeur Sanders with the No. 1 pick.
Whatever the case, Pierce’s continuity with the team seems to be hanging by a thread right now.
The Raiders hoped to have a Dan Campbell situation when they brought him back as their full-time head coach.
That hasn’t been the case at all, unfortunately.
The magic wore off almost immediately, and the Raiders have lacked discipline and focus for most of the season.
Their defense hasn’t been as bad as their record shows, and they could never compete with their quarterback room.
However, Pierce’s clock management and overall decision-making have also left much to be desired, and it seems the players no longer respond to him as they used to.
