The Golden State Warriors are currently breezing their way past the Denver Nuggets in the first round of the playoffs and Jordan Poole is a huge part of their success.
Poole has now officially played in two playoff games for his career and is averaging a whopping 29.5 points, 3 rebounds, and 5.5 assists.
On Monday night, Poole was shooting 50% from the three-point line and sank 10 of his 16 field goal attempts.
This has caused one of his teammates, Draymond Green, to think of Poole’s future with the team.
Draymond Green reminding that Steph Curry will be back in the starting lineup soon, but: "Ultimately, Jordan (Poole) gonna have to start, too."
"Steve can figure that one out."

Green was talking about Poole’s incredible showing in the postseason and suggested that perhaps he – and Stephen Curry – should be starters for the team.
Green noted that there will be a time when Curry is starting again but, “ultimately, Jordan gonna have to start, too.”
He then added: “Steven can figure that one out.”
Is Green right and is Poole on his way to officially becoming a starter for the Warriors?
Curry Returning…Slowly
Curry is still taking his time getting up and running to 100% as he rehabs from an injury so he hasn’t been starting in games lately.
That’s allowed Poole, who plays a similar type of basketball, to really bloom.
If Poole continues to perform like he has been there really is no reason that he doesn’t get to start for the Warriors. more often.
However, placing him in rotation doesn’t make a whole lot of sense considering Curry basically plays the same position and is the heart and soul of the team.
Would Poole perhaps take over minutes from Klay Thompson?
How would he fit into this lineup?
As Green said, that’s Kerr’s choice to make.
