The Golden State Warriors are undoubtedly the most successful team in the NBA over the last decade or so.
Since 2015, the organization has made six trips to the NBA Finals and ended up winning four rings.
But when the Warriors struggled to play well during the 2023-24 NBA season, many were surprisingly happy to see the downfall of the dynasty.
At one point in the season, the Warriors were several games below the .500 mark in the Western Conference standings.
However, over the past few weeks, the Warriors have found their groove once again as they continue to stack wins.
Draymond Green recently spoke on the importance of having resilient leaders on the team to achieve this success in the NBA via Warriors on NBCS on Twitter.
“If your leaders are resilient, you have no choice, and Steph is one of the most resilient people I’ve ever seen,” Green said.

Draymond Green pointed out that if a team has resilient leaders on the team, it doesn’t take long for the rest of the team to follow them.
He built upon that point by mentioning how Stephen Curry and Steve Kerr are two of the most resilient leaders that he has ever had.
Well, this method has seemingly worked for the Warriors, albeit in the second half of the season.
As for their record, the Warriors now flaunt a 32-27 record as they are now the ninth seed in the Western Conference right now.
Although the Warriors are in a much better position than a couple of weeks ago, can Stephen Curry lead them to a top-six finish? Only time will tell.
