As good as Luka Doncic is, he still has a long way to go before sitting at Dirk Nowitzki’s table in terms of the Dallas Mavericks — and NBA history.
Dirk led the Mavericks to 11 straight 50+ win seasons and their only two NBA Finals appearances in franchise history, also taking home one ring.

However, as he recently told Landon Buford, perhaps what he remembers the most from that game was Jamal Crawford going off, as he recently tipped his hat off to the legendary Sixth Man.

Dirk went off for a whopping 30 points in that final home game, but Crawford one-upped him with a 51-point masterpiece at the tender age of 39 years old.
While he rarely got the praise and recognition he deserved, Crawford was a walking bucket — literally — until the very last game he played in the NBA.
Crawford will go down as one of the greatest Sixth Men in the history of this game, an unstoppable scorer with one of the most beautiful handles and bags of moves ever.
