There are a few questions swirling around Dejounte Murray of the San Antonio Spurs right now.
The biggest being this: will he actually be a Spur when the new season starts?
Second, if he is traded away, where will he be going?
Because of a recent tweet from the guard, some are speculating that he’s not sure where he will land but he’s not happy where he is.

Murray recently posted a photo of himself practicing on the court with a caption reading “Can’t Wait!!!”
But followers were quick to point out that he wasn’t wearing a jersey in the photo, just a Nike tank top.
Is this a signal that Murray isn’t dedicated to his team anymore and is ready to move on?
What’s next for this accomplished All-Star?
Murray On The Move
Murray has played for the Spurs since being drafted back in 2016.
It’s been a rough period for San Antonio but Murray has been a bright spot, posting 12.5 points, 6 rebounds, and 4.8 assists a game.
He stepped it up in a huge way during last season, with an average of 21.1 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 9.2 assists.
But this impressive output may have been what put a target on his back with the Spurs front office.
Murray’s star has risen this year and his trade value is higher than ever – it sounds like the Spurs are wanting to capitalize on that.
Whether it be with the Hawks or another NBA team, Murray is likely leaving the Spurs.
Based on the sentiment in his tweet, Murray is ready to play and excited to prove himself again.
Now he just needs to find a team he can prove himself for.
