The Tennessee Titans will have some big moves to make this offseason.
Following another disappointing season, they parted ways with general manager Ran Carthon.
They didn’t want him to be in charge now that they had the No. 1 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

However, nothing was surprising about it.
The Titans got progressively and steadily worse under his watch.
He missed the mark with several draft picks, including Will Levis, and traded for an injured L’Jarius Sneed.
He also seemingly ran Mike Vrabel out of town.
If anything, it’s the right opportunity and moment to get a fresh start with a new decision-maker.
The Titans have a chance to get their next quarterback in Shedeur Sanders, who’s been projected to go No. 1 for most of the pre-draft process.
Then again, his father might have something to say about that.
He’s repeatedly stated that he would interfere if he didn’t like the team his son would get drafted into, and he didn’t seem to care about this move.
The Titans could also opt to go after Miami star Cam Ward as their new franchise quarterback.
On top of that, they also have a prime chance to trade down and flip this valuable pick into even more assets.
That’s a good problem to have on your hands if you’re looking to build a team, but that decision will now be someone else’s to make.
