The New York Jets are reportedly in the market for star RB Dalvin Cook.
Cook has been highly-coveted over the past couple of weeks, with multiple teams from the AFC East looking to acquire his services.
However, former QB Dan Orlovsky believes he shouldn’t even think about it and just ‘run’ to sign with the Jets.
Orlovsky elaborated that Cook wouldn’t be a need for the Jets but a luxury.
"If you're Dalvin Cook, you should be running to the Jets."

Breece Hall is coming off an ACL injury, so adding Cook would be an elite insurance policy, as he’s already proven that he can play and produce at a high level.
Orlovsky says that it should be a no-brainer for the former Minnesota Vikings star, as he already knows the offensive scheme and could be a plug-and-play kind of guy, not to mention the fact that the Jets are legit Super Bowl contenders.
Orlovsky also made a point for the Dallas Cowboys as a logical destination for Cook, assuming they would be interested in his services and also willing to meet his asking price.
Nonetheless, he strongly believes the Jets would be a tailor-made scenario for him, and it’s hard to argue with that logic.
Cook has been one of the best running backs in the league when healthy, and he’s coming off four straight seasons of 1,000+ rushing yards.
He’d have a significant upgrade at the quarterback position with Aaron Rodgers over Kirk Cousins, and the Jets are just too stacked with talent on both sides of the field right now.
