The Washington Commanders will have a key piece back on defense for their wild-card playoff game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Cornerback Marshon Lattimore (hamstring) will play, according to Commanders head coach Dan Quinn, via Around The NFL on X.
This means that Lattimore will be on the field to line up against his former NFC South nemesis Mike Evans.

This game is going to be fascinating to witness simply because few people are picking either of these teams to go on a Super Bowl run.
Both teams won at least 10 games in the regular season and have explosive offenses.
This is why defense is going to be paramount, especially pass defense.
For Lattimore, he has played in just two games for the Commanders since being traded by the New Orleans Saints in November.
The former NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year has 409 combined tackles, 15 interceptions and 91 passes defended in his eight-year career.
He is one of the better cornerbacks of the last decade in the league.
Now, he will be tasked with having to cover Evans, who recorded at least 1,000 receiving yards for an 11th straight season.
If he can help stop Evans on the outside, the Commanders could have a great chance to win this game on the road in a hostile environment.
The one thing that is certain is that Washington should be better with Lattimore on the field.
