The Indianapolis Colts may have landed the biggest steal in the NFL Draft.
Anthony Richardson’s athleticism, size, and strength make him one of the most promising QB prospects in recent times, and the early reviews have been quite encouraging for Colts Nation.
Even his new teammates are impressed with his physical traits.
Recently, All-Pro RB Jonathan Taylor claimed that Richardson reminds him of Jalen Hurts and Lamar Jackson with Cam Newton’s size, which is obviously the ultimate praise a QB of his style could get.

Lamar Jackson has been the most proficient scrambling quarterback in the league since Michael Vick, and Jalen Hurts is coming off an MVP-caliber season.
As for Cam Newton, it somehow seems like people forgot just how dominant he was in his prime, making the most of his size and strength to power him past the defense in the endzone.
Richardson impressed everybody in attendance during his Pro Day by showcasing his arm strength and athletic traits.
His numbers at the NFL Scouting Combine were also eyebrow-raising, which is why scouts decided to overlook some of the early criticism about his game and just talk about his potential.
The Colts have struggled with poor QB play since Andrew Luck decided to walk away from the game in 2019, and that revolving door of aging QBs has only brought them disappointment.
Now, even non-Colts fans might be tempted to tune in and watch the Anthony Richardson show, as it may not take long before he’s the next big thing in the league.
