The Chicago Bears will be looking for a new head coach this offseason after yet another disappointing season in which they relieved former head coach Matt Eberflus of his duties.
Plenty of intriguing head coach candidates will be on the market, including Mike Vrabel, former Titans head coach and current Cleveland Browns consultant.
Fox Sports host Colin Cowherd believes the Bears should hire Vrabel.
“You can’t hire a guy who’s good with asphalt to build the Golden Gate bridge. This is a grown up job…Mike Vrabel can do it,” Cowherd said Wednesday via The Herd.

If the Bears were to find a way to hire Vrabel, it could be a great hire.
The former All-Pro played 14 years in the NFL and won three Super Bowls before becoming a coach.
After serving as a defensive assistant in college and the NFL, Vrabel got his first head-coaching opportunity with the Tennessee Titans.
He guided the Titans from 2018-2023 and brought them back to relevancy.
Tennessee had four winning seasons, won the AFC South twice, and made the AFC Championship once in six years with Vrabel in charge.
If given the job in Chicago, he would have talent on both sides of the ball and a franchise quarterback in Caleb Williams.
The Bears might have more talent now than the Titans had when Vrabel took over in 2018.
Time will tell if Chicago invests heavily in hiring Vrabel as the team’s next head coach.
