To say that Russell Wilson’s tenure with the Denver Broncos was difficult would be a huge understatement.
That’s why it was so nice to see him landing on his feet shortly after the announcement of his impending release.
The Pittsburgh Steelers signed Wilson to a one-year, $1.2 million deal, and it didn’t take long before he announced how excited he was about that on Twitter.
With that in mind, his beloved wife, Ciara, also took to Twitter to voice her love and support for Wilson, sharing Black and Gold hearts.

This might be Wilson’s final stop in the league.
He’s about to enter this 13th season, and he’ll have a huge chip on his shoulder to prove that he’s far from done.
Everything that transpired in Denver made it quite obvious that he wasn’t welcome at Mile High anymore.
HC Sean Payton was never sold on him, and there were multiple sideline instances showing a fractured relationship.
Now, he’s going to play for one of the most historic franchises in professional sports and for a fan base that’s going to ride or die with him for as long as he leaves it all on the field.
His prime years might be behind him, but you never want to sleep on a future Hall of Famer.
