After making easy work of LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers earlier this week, the Denver Nuggets have advanced to the NBA Finals and await the winner of the Eastern Conference Finals.
On Tuesday, the consensus was that the Miami Heat would finish off the Boston Celtics to advance to the Finals to face the Nuggets.
Unfortunately for Miami, Boston wasn’t done yet, as Jayson Tatum and company were able to get their first win in the Eastern Conference Finals to stay alive for at least one more game.
Although the Celtics still have an enormous hill to climb, with the storied franchise needing three straight wins to get back to the Finals, Chris Broussard of Fox Sports believes that Boston can pull it off and gives four reasons why the seemingly impossible is possible for the Celtics via First Things First.

Broussard has a point when it comes to the three-point shooting era being the right time for a team to pull off something spectacular, like overcoming a 3-0 series deficit.
The Celtics are more than capable of making the series interesting if they can turn things around when it comes to being more efficient at shooting from beyond the arc.
However, the Heat have proven to be the most resilient team in the NBA playoffs thus far and won’t be a team that will easily back down, especially after crushing the Celtics in the first three games of the Eastern Conference Finals.
Jimmy Butler and company will almost certainly advance to the Finals, as it will only be a matter of time before they get that fourth win and set up a matchup against the Nuggets.
