The Boston Celtics needed to win Tuesday night’s game against the Miami Heat and they did that easily.
They earned a crucial 116-99 victory and kept their chances of making the Finals alive – but just barely.
Their impressive performance has a few people wondering if maybe they have what it takes to come back from a historically impossible 3-0 deficit.
Skip Bayless believes they might be able to do it.
“I give the Boston Celtics a 25% chance to make history. I give them a fair shot, a reasonable shot, of making history,” Bayless said on Wednesday’s Undisputed.

Bayless still believes that the Heat will win the series and advance to the championship but he sees some reason to give the Celtics a chance.
He said that the Heat looked like a fairly normal and beatable team on Tuesday night, commenting that when Jimmy Butler is great, they are great, but when Butler is only so-so, they are as well.
He also referenced the fact that the series is now returning to Boston.
If the Celtics can take Game 5, they then could be fired up and ready to storm back to Miami for another win.
If that happens, they get to return to their home court for Game 7.
History has shown that they have an advantage in a Game 7 on their home court.
The chances of the Celtics being the first team in NBA history to achieve this are still very slim.
But Bayless believes they have shown a few reasons why fans shouldn’t give up all hope just yet.
Being down 3-1 is not a good position for any team.
But if the Celtics can score another victory in Game 5, their chances of reaching the Finals could be very much alive.
