Throughout the course of the years, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has had a never-ending list of blazing hot takes, questionable opinions, memorable phrases, and even shots at his own players.
Death, taxes, and Jerry Jones making the headlines at some point in the season; it never fails.
This time, it took just two weeks before the business mogul put pundits and analysts on notice, stating that HC Mike McCarthy should ‘take a bow’ because his team’s success has ‘his fingerprints all over it.’
That’s why FOX Sports analyst Chris Broussard was livid during the latest edition of First Things First, blasting Jones for making such a big statement this early in the season.
"Hereeeeeeee's Jerry! Take a bow?! We are TWO games in. Cowboys, you are an SBOB (Super Bowl or Bust) team! You don't take any bows until you're hoisting the Lombardi Trophy! Stop it!"

While Broussard admitted that the Cowboys have been great against the competition they’ve faced, they should be focusing on their next opponent, not taking bows.
He believes they’re a Super Bowl-or-bust team, meaning they shouldn’t take bows until they’re hoisting the Vince Lombardi trophy.
It’s a valid statement, as the Cowboys have a long-withstanding history of disappointing their fans after an exciting start to the season.
Nonetheless, the owner was just giving credit where it was due, and it’s a fact that the Cowboys have looked great, especially when it comes to taking better care of the football.
We still have plenty of football left to be played this season, and the Cowboys have yet to face a contender at full strength.
People have a right to be skeptical about them, but the fans also have some reasons to be excited.
