The Kansas City Chiefs are going for a historic third straight Super Bowl victory when they meet the Philadelphia Eagles.
Since late December of 2023, the Chiefs have lost just one game when playing their regulars, and they have always found a way to win one-score games.
While the Chiefs have evolved from having a star-studded offense to one that makes a lot of small plays that add up, they have been without a couple of playmakers since early this season, including wide receiver Skyy Moore.
Now, they may have Moore available to face the Eagles.
“Chiefs designate Skyy Moore for return from injured reserve,” Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston wrote on X.

Moore has been out ever since late October when he suffered a core muscle injury, and in six games this season he did not catch a single pass while being targeted only three times.
Last year, he had 21 catches for 244 yards and one touchdown, and the season prior to that, as a rookie, he caught 22 passes for 250 yards.
Kansas City wins these days with defense, and it will have to hold Philadelphia running back Saquon Barkley, who rushed for over 2,000 yards in the regular season, in check in order to win.
Kansas City finished the regular season fourth in points allowed, tied for fourth in yards per rushing attempt allowed and eighth in total rushing yards given up, and during a five-game stretch in late November and December gave up no more than 19 points to any opponent.
