Before the NFL’s schedule release event, the New England Patriots revealed their first home game would be a tribute to Tom Brady.
Fans now know that this will happen during the first week of the season, in the Patriots’ game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
After this announcement was made, Jim Nantz made a pitch to the organization, hoping to help with the festivities.
“I did 102 Tom Brady games in a New England uniform, Nantz said.
Hey @Patriots if you're listening, Jim Nantz would love to help you out with the Tom Brady party Week 1 😁 His pitch is pretty good, tbh.

Nantz also said, “I saw them all if anybody needs to be on the field.”
It appears that Nantz would like to be a part of this celebration, given how close he is to the situation.
Nantz has made a massive impact on the broadcasting community, calling countless games, including Super Bowls.
If anyone deserves a chance to meet with Brady on the field, it would be him, as he points out.
Ticket prices for this game are already through the roof, which happened as soon as this announcement was made.
This is despite the Patriots’ lack of success over the past few years, a direct correlation to Brady’s on-field absence.
Patriots fans will want to be in attendance for this historic day, as the team gives their final goodbye to Brady.
Brady has been shrouded with rumors throughout the offseason, including talks that he will return to the gridiron.
This celebration seems to put any rumors to bed, given that the organization is saying goodbye to him.
Brady’s on-field presence will be surely missed, both by Patriots fans, and general NFL fans as well.
