The New York Jets just signed Dalvin Cook to a one-year deal, but he’s not the only big name they’ll have lined up in the backfield next season.
Breece Hall is ready to return to practice and pick things up where he left them in his impressive rookie season before missing the remainder of the year with a major injury.
And as much as people have talked about Dalvin Cook over the past couple of months, Hall wants to make sure you haven’t forgotten about him, either.
“I’m coming,” Hall Tweeted in response to the announcement of his return to practice.

Hall was on pace to be the league’s Offensive Rookie of the Year, breaking tackles left and right and dominating out of the backfield on every single snap.
He could pound his way up and down the field, move to the sides, change speeds, block, and even catch passes with ease, looking like a legit superstar in the making.
The Jets now have the ultimate insurance policy with Cook also on the team, meaning they can now afford to bring Hall back up to speed without having to rush him or force anything, allowing him to fully heal and restore his body for when it matters the most.
This Jets team is thinking of a Super Bowl berth, and even though the offensive line will be an ongoing issue throughout the course of the whole season, they definitely have more than enough resources to play in the last game of the season, especially if Hall is back to being the same guy he was early in his career.
