The Cincinnati Bengals are still alive to make the NFL playoffs, though their chances may expire soon.
The Bengals got off to another slow start to the season, and inconsistent play throughout has robbed them of a chance to compete for a title.
However, Joe Burrow and company haven’t given up and are coming off a Week 14 win against the Dallas Cowboys.
The rest of the Bengals’ season should be dedicated to evaluating their roster and seeing who should stick around next season, but Cincinnati also has the chance to shift the playoff race down the stretch.
They should be able to keep applying some pressure in the AFC as they face the Tennessee Titans in Week 15.
Ahead of that matchup, Cincinnati announced a few roster moves.
“We have made the following roster moves: signed QB Logan Woodside off the practice squad to the active roster; elevated OT Andrew Coker and K Cade York; … placed LB Joe Bachie on the Reserve/Injured list,” the Bengals wrote on X.Â

The most notable name on the list is York, who is being given another chance with starting kicker Evan McPherson on injured reserve after suffering a groin injury in Week 13.
York did well against the Cowboys and should be in line for another busy day against a generous Titans defense.
