The Detroit Lions just clinched the No. 1 seed in the NFC.
It took them until the very last game of the season, but Dan Campbell’s team eventually got the job done.
Now, they have an additional week to get some well-deserved time to rest and regroup.
However, that will not be the case with their offensive coordinator.
According to a report by Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network (via Savage Sports), Ben Johnson intends to meet with both the Chicago Bears and New England Patriots this week.
Ben Johnson has accepted an interview with the Patriots and Bears this week, indicating he has real interest in both jobs.

Johnson was a strong head coaching candidate last offseason.
He turned down multiple offers and decided to return to Detroit to take care of business with the Lions.
That’s not going to be the case this time around.
The 38-year-old assistant coach is a rising star in the league, and he will be one of the most coveted assets during the offseason.
The Patriots are reportedly set to meet with Mike Vrabel, who seems to be the leading candidate to take over after their shocking decision to fire first-year coach Jerod Mayo.
As for the Bears, there will be no shortage of candidates looking forward to the opportunity to coach Caleb Williams.
On the other hand, the Lions will be under a lot of pressure to win the whole thing this season.
Besides Johnson, they’re also likely to lose defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn to another head coaching position.
