The new leadership the Chicago Bears have is trying to retool the team for 2022 and beyond.
While some moves might puzzle fans, others have come to fans as a welcome delight.
However, the one thing Bears fans want the most is another NFC North crown.
They are sick and tired of Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers winning that crown.
It’s time for the Bears to change their fate and rise to the top yet again in the NFC North.
But that will require a lot from the players on the Bears 2022 roster.
However, three stars on the 2022 roster stand out and could help the team win an NFC North title once again.
3. Justin Fields
Justin Fields enters his second season with Chicago having new coaches.
While his rookie season wasn’t great, Chicago looks for him to improve this season.
As the starter for 2022, he can step up as a player and shine.
The Bears spent money this offseason to help him with the offensive line.
That offensive line was the worst in the NFL last season, allowing 58 sacks.
The 2021 Bears were the 27th ranked scoring offense and led the NFL in sacks with 58.
So y’all telling me they will be worse? I want people who believe this to take their stand now

That added protection will give him enough time to make better throws.
It can also allow for him to improve his offensive production on a team whose scoring offense ranked 27th last season.
If he shows improvement with his new offensive line in place, he could shock fans with a NFC title win.
2. David Montgomery
David Montgomery is the running back Chicago needs to feature more of in games.
While he isn’t a Derrick Henry, he’s still a solid option behind Fields and runs with passion.
Nagy on David Montgomery: "That 14-yard touchdown run was awesome because he runs so hard. He runs with extreme passion and the guys were feeding off him."

His production was down last season but can improve with more carries in 2022.
He’s also a solid option for dump and go passes.
His 2,808 rushing yards, 924 receiving yards, and 24 total touchdowns in three years show his multi-threat abilities.
If he can get back to his 1,000+ rushing yards in a season, he’ll help take pressure off Fields.
With that pressure off him, it could open doors for Chicago to win games in 2022.
That running game could open up the play-action pass game, which would put defenses on their heels.
All Chicago needs to do is hand Montgomery the ball.
He can easily do the rest.
1. Darnell Mooney
Darnell Mooney is the new number one wide receiver now that Allen Robinson is gone.
But even with Robinson around last season, he still found success.
Last season, Mooney posted 1,000+ receiving yards, a first for him.
However, this season could see him having even more yards without Robinson around.
He will also be key in helping his young quarterback succeed in Chicago.
The two worked well together last season, something they can build on in 2022.
If he can improve on his 2021 season numbers, he’ll be the clear number one in Chicago.
With that title comes great responsibility.
But he’s ready to take that responsibility and become a leader in Chicago.
With him taking his game to the next level, he can become the key part of the Bears winning the NFC North crown.
