The Boston Celtics are back in the NBA Finals.
This core of players has made it quite far in the playoffs multiple times, but has zero championships to show for it.
That’s why it could be a make-or-break series for them and their legacy.
Talking on The Carton Show, former NBA star Tim Hardaway claimed that Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum would be under the most pressure among all players in this series because it’s championship-or-bust for them.
"Tatum and Brown have so much pressure on them. It's championship or bust."

That might sound harsh, but it’s actually on point.
Brad Stevens put this team together to win a championship.
They’ve been the odds-on favorites to win the whole thing since before the start of the season, and their odds have only gotten bigger as the season progressed.
The Dallas Mavericks won’t be an easy opponent, and one could make a case for them having the two best players in the series, or at least the undisputed best player.
Still, the Celtics are a well-coached team with plenty of depth at every position and the kind of roster that could allow them to show them multiple different looks on defense, not to mention plenty of shot-makers.
They’ll likely get Kristaps Porzingis back on the court as well, which is going to be huge.
This will be an interesting chess match and should be an entertaining series that might go down to the wire, but it feels like the Celtics have way more to lose at this point.
