The Los Angeles Clippers once again suffered a painful and disappointing postseason this year, mostly due to missing both Paul George and Kawhi Leonard.
When the season concluded, fans were practically begging the front office to make major adjustments for the future.
It sounds like the Clippers are getting to work on pursuing those changes.
According to Jake Fischer, via NBACentral, Norman Powell is available for a trade from the Clippers.

Powell has only been with the team for one whole season, having started in just 8 of his 60 games.
However, he’s been pretty productive during that time, averaging 17 points a game and playing for an average of 26.1 minutes per game.
Because of that output, the team might be able to secure a mid-level talent in place of Powell.
Of course, it is unlikely that Powell will be the last Clippers star offered up by the team.
Nearly all analysts agree that the Clippers might be on the verge of doing some big things in the next few weeks and months.
Will they trade away George and Leonard after multiple years of false starts and unlucky injuries?
What does the future hold for Russell Westbrook, who just joined the team a few months ago but is now a free agent?
What other players might be traded away?
Everyone assumed that if the Clippers didn’t have a strong 2022-23 season from start to finish then they would make drastic alterations to the roster.
There is no way that the front office wants to remain stuck in the rut they have been in for years.
Powell might just be the first of many players heading to a new NBA home.
