The Denver Nuggets achieved a very tough task, which is winning an NBA championship.
Now, they’re in line for an even bigger challenge, which is going back-to-back.
Notably, there has been a lot of talk about whether this team has what it takes to be a dynasty.
And while some may believe this championship was a fluke and they’ll be a one-year wonder, NBA analyst Jason Timpf actually has four reasons that make him believe this team has dynasty potential.

The first reason is quite simple: Nikola Jokic is currently the best player in the world, and he’s just 28 years old.
Then, he talks about Jokic’s durability and how he’s managed to stay on the court while Jamal Murray and Michael PorterJr. have been out with injuries.
Simply put, he thinks his style of play can lead the Nuggets to 50 wins, regardless of his supporting cast.
He later talks about how Murray is the perfect complementary co-star for Jokic and how it’s easy to see them getting a high seed in the playoffs every single year.
Timpf also points out the fact that they have their championship core already locked in for the next couple of years at least, and they already know what it’s like to win a championship, meaning they have way less pressure on their shoulders and the mindset of a team that can beat anybody on any given night.
It’s hard to argue with any of these arguments.
Whether they’ll pull it off or not, remains to be seen.
