The New England Patriots led an NFL dynasty from 2001 to 2019.
Every season they found themselves in the playoffs and contending for a Super Bowl.
We may never see a dynasty like that again in NFL history.
Also, we may never see the Patriots in Super Bowl contention for a long-time.
Since Brady left after the 2019 season the Patriots have made the playoffs one time and have not won a playoff game.
Craig Carton even believes that the Patriots will not win a Super Bowl for a “very, very long time.”
Is the success completely over for Bill Belichick and the Patriots? 🤔

Carton mentioned how the Patriots have a 25-25 record since Brady left.
Also, Mac Jones is not the next Brady or anything even close to him.
But every quarterback the Patriots put under center will be compared to the GOAT.
The expectations will be high in New England as long as Bill Belichick is coaching.
Yet, the Patriots do not have the personnel to compete with some of the top teams in the AFC.
The AFC East alone might be the toughest division in football.
The Buffalo Bills, Miami Dolphins, and New York Jets could all be playoff teams next season.
The Patriots will be lucky to have a winning record.
It might be best if New England goes into rebuild mode until they can find the answer at quarterback.
Jones is a decent starter but he is not a difference maker.
The Patriots need a difference-maker under center to find themselves in contention once again.
